Language, geography, and cultural risks checked per jurisdiction — not just similar names.
You know how to clear a mark. The problem is the manual work around it — and what it misses.
The manual work
First-pass clearance eats expert time and margin.
Multi-country clearance is still a manual process.
What it misses
The conflicts that matter rarely look like exact matches.
A name can clear conflict search and still fail examination.
Demarka does the screening and the structured analysis — so your time goes to judgment, not repetitive collection and triage.
22 similarity patterns, across 100M+ active and recently expired trademark records.

The result is one unified interactive clearance report with reasoning, risk scoring, and recommended next steps — not fragmented search output you have to assemble manually.
One input step — the mark, its goods and services, and your target jurisdictions. Demarka evaluates conflicts and registrability risk in every selected jurisdiction.
A structured multi-jurisdiction clearance report — client-ready, in your firm's branding.
Turn "trust me" into "look" — show clients the reasoning, not just the conclusion.
Each example shows our actual output — verdict, reasoning, risks, and what to do next.

Demarka provides a structured second opinion — final judgment stays yours.
The same 22 similarity patterns behind your clearance run continuously against new filings — so potentially conflicting marks are flagged inside the opposition window, not after registration.
Most trademark search platforms focus on conflict detection. Demarka adds absolute-grounds analysis, multilingual cultural and linguistic screening, and structured client-ready reporting — in one subscription.

Corsearch pricing references public 2021 materials; current pricing may differ. The comparison focuses on pricing model and included workflow components. Absolute-grounds analysis here means a structured per-jurisdiction assessment of whether a mark can register on its own merits — not isolated descriptiveness signals drawn from office-action records. Multilingual cultural & linguistic screening means screening for descriptive, deceptive or offensive meaning in a jurisdiction's own languages — not cross-language conflict matching.

No. Demarka provides a structured second opinion — a jurisdiction-level verdict with its reasoning and cited conflicts. Final judgment stays yours: you can adjust the final verdict in the report to reflect your own assessment.
The conflict search is deterministic, not generative — the same query returns the same result every time. AI is used in two bounded places only: filtering obvious non-matches, and the absolute-grounds reasoning. It never invents a conflict — every cited mark in your report comes from an official register.
Official national registries and WIPO Madrid — 100M+ active and recently expired marks, synchronized continuously. Cancelled or long-expired marks are excluded because they cannot block a new registration. Every report shows its sources and their last-update date.
Registry-based clearance has natural limits: unregistered common-law rights, very recent filings not yet published, and evidence outside official records. Demarka flags known gaps where relevant — final legal judgment remains yours.
Most assessments complete in minutes. A large multi-jurisdiction run, or one submitted at peak load, can take up to about half an hour — still the same working session, not days or weeks.
