Moneyback Guarantee
If Demarka misses a registered trademark match in a registry we cover for your jurisdiction, you get a full refund within 7 days of report delivery — no forms, no negotiation. Email hello@demarka.com with the missed registration number and we'll process the refund.
The guarantee covers registered marks in registries we cover for the jurisdictions in your tier. It does not cover pending applications, common-law usage outside trademark registers, or jurisdictions outside your selected tier.
Restart Guarantee (Tier 3 · Global)
If your Tier 3 registration outlook comes back Critical, we assess your next candidate brand free within 30 days of the original report. This covers:
- A new mark of your choice (any name)
- Same Nice classes as the original clearance
- Any jurisdictions in our Tier 3 coverage
- One restart per Tier 3 purchase
A Critical registration outlook often changes filing strategy. We cover the reassessment so you can pivot without paying for a second clearance.
How to claim
Email hello@demarka.com from the email associated with your purchase. Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue. For Restart Guarantee, include the new candidate brand and confirmation that your original registration outlook was Critical.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Restart clearances begin within 1 business day of confirmation.
